Cryptocurrency funding and supported networks

CHEXX’s published payment system uses cryptocurrency wallets. Supported assets include BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BNB, TRX, POL and SOL. Stablecoins have several network options; supported combinations differ by asset.

The payment tables in the CHEXX Terms and Conditions, dated 1 April 2026 provide method-specific amounts. Selected examples are shown below. Amounts are in the named cryptocurrency, not a universal USD equivalent.

Check the selected route in the cashier before sending or withdrawing. The operator can change amounts and fees. A stablecoin minimum of 5 tokens does not mean that BTC or ETH has a $5 minimum. Network charges from your sending wallet can also apply.

Deposit correctly and keep the transaction evidence

Select the coin and network together, use the address displayed for that deposit and include any requested memo or tag. Keep the transaction ID, amount and timestamp. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can prevent automatic crediting and complicate recovery.

CHEXX states that it does not charge its own deposit fee. Blockchain fees remain separate. Deposits below the selected minimum may not be credited until the required amount is reached.

Fiat display is not a fiat payment method

The Terms describe a fiat-equivalent balance display for information. That display does not establish an actual bank, card or e-wallet deposit or withdrawal route. We could not verify a standard direct fiat cashier option from the published payment documents.

Deposit turnover and wallet screening

Each deposit requires at least 1x turnover before withdrawal. A 500 USDT deposit therefore requires at least 500 USDT in qualifying bets. This is a separate requirement from any accepted bonus.

The Terms permit up to 90 days to examine a suspicious deposit. They also allow withdrawals to be held where coin mixing is suspected. A blockchain-confirmed transfer can therefore still enter an operator review.

Withdrawals generally use the cryptocurrency deposited and used for betting. Confirm the intended cashout route before funding the account; do not treat the casino as an exchange service.

How long does a CHEXX withdrawal take?

CHEXX promotes fast crypto payouts. Clause 6.2 of its Terms refers to instant processing and a three-day period, but uses unclear wording and explicitly allows longer processing. It does not establish a guaranteed three-day maximum or a measured average payout time.

The total wait includes account approval, any required checks and the blockchain transfer. A request still pending inside CHEXX has not completed the same stage as a transaction already visible on-chain.

KYC timing and the 90-day wallet provision

Identity verification is required before withdrawal. The Help Center’s verification timing guidance says document review usually takes about five minutes and can take up to 72 hours. That concerns document review, not the entire payout or an enhanced investigation.

Separately, clause 6.7 allows up to 90 days to verify a recipient wallet identified as suspicious. An unacceptable address may need to be replaced. This is a specific wallet-screening provision, not the normal processing time for every withdrawal.

Minimums, account limits and large withdrawals

The minimum depends on cryptocurrency and network; selected amounts and fees appear in the Payments section. CHEXX’s withdrawal-limit guidance directs players to the amount available in the withdrawal window.

We could not establish one fixed public daily, weekly or monthly maximum covering every account. Nor could we verify a standard instalment schedule for large wins. Ask for the applicable limit and any payment schedule in writing before assuming that a large balance can be withdrawn in one transaction.

Incomplete deposit turnover, outstanding promotion conditions, source-of-funds requests and account or wallet reviews can prevent approval. Earlier successful payments do not remove these requirements from a later request.

What to do if a payment is delayed

1. Save the withdrawal reference, submission time, amount, asset and network. Check the status in Profile / Transactions.
2. Ask support whether the request awaits approval, a document, a wagering condition or wallet screening. Request the applicable rule and next update date.
3. If CHEXX says payment was sent, obtain the transaction ID and check the destination and confirmation status on the correct blockchain.
4. If support does not resolve the issue, submit a formal complaint and preserve the correspondence.

The published complaints policy sets an ordinary acknowledgement period of seven calendar days and a four-week resolution period, with one further four-week extension on notice. Complaints should be submitted within six months.

The policy appoints ABC-ADR Limited for unresolved disputes after the internal process. Its complaint submission page provides the escalation route. The CGA does not decide individual payment disputes through the operator’s complaint process.
