The company is incorporated in Costa Rica under corporate identification number 3-102-880000.

That company registration identifies the legal entity behind the platform.

Is Betpanda licensed?

CasinoIndex could not verify a current gambling licence that covers betpandacasino.io.

This distinction is important because several older reviews describe Betpanda as Costa Rica licensed.

Costa Rica does not provide the type of online gambling licence that players would normally expect from Curaçao, Tobique, Anjouan or another gaming regulator.

Star Bright Media S.R.L. has appeared in the Anjouan Gaming licence register.

However, the relevant licence listed Punkz-related domains rather than betpanda.io or betpandacasino.io.

That record also expired in August 2026.

A separate Anjouan record containing betpanda.gg belonged to another company, Interactive Pandas SRL, and expired earlier in 2026.

CasinoIndex therefore does not classify the current Betpanda domain as licensed based on either record.
