How we reviewed Gamdom

CasinoIndex reviewed Gamdom using its current operator information, Anjouan licence record, KYC guidance, withdrawal documentation, reward rules and dated community reports.

We have not completed a documented real-money deposit-to-withdrawal test. Operator claims, regulatory information and individual player reports are therefore treated separately.

Operator and licence

Gamdom is owned and operated by Moon Revolution Limitada, Costa Rica registration number 3-102-903008. Gamdom confirms this company information in its current official Help Center.

Gamdom.com is linked to Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI4. Players can independently search for Moon Revolution Limitada or gamdom.com in the official Anjouan Gaming licence register.

The register currently continues to list the licence as valid. However, the published record also shows an expiry date of 29 June 2026. Gamdom’s own Help Center currently displays the shorter licence reference ALSI-152406043-FI.

CasinoIndex therefore treats the licence as currently present in the regulator’s public register but carrying a documentation inconsistency that deserves clarification. We do not describe the passed expiry date as a revocation because the licence does not appear on the regulator’s revoked-licence list.

KYC is risk-based

Gamdom is not a guaranteed no-KYC casino.

The current Gamdom KYC guidance says players can normally deposit, play and withdraw without completing verification unless Gamdom specifically requests it.

When a review is triggered, verification can include:

• name, date of birth and country of residence
• government-issued identification
• a selfie through Veriff
• proof of address
• proof of income or source of funds

Gamdom states that withdrawals can be temporarily disabled until all requested checks are complete.

A documented BitcoinTalk KYC case

A useful example appeared on BitcoinTalk in October 2025.

A player reported trying to withdraw approximately 112 USDT from an older Gamdom account. According to the player, Gamdom first required full KYC and later requested proof of income and additional financial documents.

The player said identity, selfie and address checks had already been completed, but the withdrawal remained unavailable while further source-of-funds evidence was requested.

The BitcoinTalk discussion contains screenshots and follow-up posts from the player. CasinoIndex could not find a final public update confirming whether the withdrawal was eventually released.

This is an individual allegation, not proof of a general Gamdom payout problem. It is relevant because the scenario closely matches Gamdom’s current official policy allowing Level 3 proof-of-funds checks and temporary withdrawal restrictions.

Older BitcoinTalk community history

Gamdom also has a long-running BitcoinTalk community thread dating back several years.

Historical posts include users reporting successful crypto withdrawals as well as discussions about when Gamdom may request KYC. These older comments are useful for operating-history context but should not be used as evidence of current payout speed.

Current withdrawal process

Gamdom states that most withdrawals process within five minutes to one hour.

The current withdrawal guide separates a payout into four stages:

• Submission & Review
• Sending
• Sent
• Confirmed

This distinction matters. A fast blockchain only affects settlement after Gamdom approves and sends the transaction.

Gamdom can move an account outside the routine flow when KYC, security checks, payment reviews or other compliance controls apply.

Deposit wagering before withdrawal

Gamdom’s current FAQ says deposits and free-spin winnings must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal.

This is separate from the 15% welcome Rakeback boost and other rewards.

Positive payout evidence

Community reports also include successful high-value payouts.

In May 2026, a Reddit user posted a large slot win and later identified Gamdom as the casino. When another user asked whether the winnings could be withdrawn, the player reported that the money reached their bank account immediately.

This is anecdotal evidence rather than an audited payout test. However, it provides a useful counterpoint to the KYC complaint and supports Gamdom’s ability to process cleared withdrawals quickly.

Withdrawal and account controls

Gamdom can restrict an account when it detects multiple accounts, prohibited activity or other Terms violations.

The operator can also review activity before allowing withdrawals. Its current limits and reviews guidance warns that abuse can lead to account bans and, in serious cases, confiscation of funds or rewards.
